Once you reach out to us and sign a contract with us, we place your due date on our calendar. While we wait for your little one(s) to arrive, you'll have time to go through your session planner that helps you customize your session and a guide that goes over everything you need to know prior to the session.
When your little one(s) arrive, you contact us and we send you open days available based on the type of session you selected.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Mamas-to-be typically reach out to us in their 3rd trimester.
I have a set number of newborn sessions I can do per month. The sooner you reach out to sooner I can reserve one of those slots for you. Reaching out to me earlier also helps me plan out props and helps you deciding what your vision is for the session.
WHEN SHOULD WE REACH OUT TO YOU?
No worries!
Once we have your due date on the calendar, all you have to do is tell us when your little one(s) arrived or being discharged (if a NICU stay is warranted). We send you open dates and you can select what works best around your after hospital appointments.
WHAT IF MY BABY ARRIVES EARLY/LATE?
These sessions are strictly done in the morning (start at 10am, after traffic so you're not rushing to us)! Newborns are sleepiest around this time of the day and it helps flow the session well.
We host these sessions at our commercial studio in downtown Natick, MA.
WHEN AND WHERE ARE THESE SESSIONS DONE?
Just baby, milk, diapers and wipes! We have an extensive collection of wraps, headbands, backdrops, props, etc. to use for your session!
We'll go over this in detail once you book with us. You'll get a full session guide that goes over all the details and we even get on the phone to go over everything again once we have a day that you'll be coming in.
WHAT DO I BRING WITH ME?
WHAT IF WE HAVE TO MOVE OUR DATE?
We understand that there could be last minute changes or an emergency due to which you may have to move your session. We will try and accommodate any last minute changes to the best of our availability.
